common whole room for rent or sharing basis minimum two in a room in Commonwealth Drive, Central Singapore for sale

I am the owner staying with my aged mother and five year old son. I am looking to rent out my common room to either a single person who wants the whole room to themselves or two persons who are willing to stay together in the room on sharing basis. Available moving in date is 17th november 2016. Must stay at least six months and above, not short term accommodation. Agents are welcome. Simple cooking allowed and 24 hours wifi. Washing machine can be utilised twice a week. This is a quiet home, not much noise, no disturbance. The room is fully furnished with a study table, chair, two wardrobes, two single beds, two standing fans and a ceiling fan. Amenities nearby, bus stop, mrt station, temple, church, wet market, shops, hawker centre, koufu food court and 24 hours sheng siong. Females are welcome to rent the room too, no preferred gender.
